Radner Muratov is a Soviet theater and film actor. Honored Artist of the RSFSR.

Radner was born in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg). At the time of Radner's birth, his father was a student at the Leningrad Polytechnic University.

After Zinnat Muratov graduated from high school, the family moved to Kazan, where Radner grew up. He was seriously fond of chess, became a candidate master (later he even took part in the television educational chess program of grandmaster Yuriy Averbakh).

From an early age Muratov was attracted by the sky, he dreamed of a career as a pilot.

In 1946 he graduated from the Kazan Air Force Special School.
