Janet Jackson has been in the making for five years, and will include never-seen-in-public home movies alongside interviews with Jackson herself and her many celebrity fans and friends.
Among the topics the Lifetime documentary will be covering is her sometimes hostile relationship with brother Michael Jackson, the infamous Super Bowl performance that made her a media pariah, and the stories behind the songs that made her a superstar, including "Rhythm Nation," "That's the Way Love Goes" and "All For You."
