          Eric James Mellon
          was born in 1925, trained in fine arts at Watford and Harrow and the Central School of Arts and Crafts.

          He presently lives and works in West Sussex. His ash glazed decorated stoneware  is internationally collectable. Recently the Victoria and Albert Museum has created a CD of an interview with him for their archives of 20th century potters.
