          Duke had a rendezvous with destiny which was pre-ordained by the foreknowledge of God. Chosen as a proclaimer of the Christian Gospel, he was born to the parentage of Elder Dan and Eunice Duke in St. Louis Missouri. He is a third generation of preachers and was nurtured in an atmosphere of Biblical virtues where he acknowledged the Lordship of Christ and was baptized at age 9.

          Under the tutelage of his parents and church, Kenneth grew in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
